Former WinFakt captain Tomi "lurppis" Kovanen will be standing in for Karnal at Asia E-Sports Cup Malaysia this weekend in Kuala Lumpur.

Kovanen initially offered his services as a ringer for the upcoming Asia E-Sports Cup qualifiers in our first news post announcing the event. After some planning, it's finally confirmed that he will be representing Karnal at the Malaysian qualifier largely thanks to fellow HLTV.org employee Maxim "mitz0r" Maximov who plays for Karnal.

So far the participants list includes Hybrid, Orange and Karnal, the top three teams from the country. Signing up is still possible at CyAC's website.
